Celebrate Christmas on a canal cruise

Sabrina and Freddy, who were the hosts, made a brilliant day trip. The boat trio was very informative but Sabrina is funny too. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

It was a fun experience. The crew told plenty, made personal calls and made nice drinks.

It was a nice cruise with an excellent guide. However, on one of the advertisements, I saw information about an “unlimited bar,” which turned out not to be true. I expected soft drinks to be included, but they were also charged separately. That said, everything else was perfect.

The boat was too full, the crew could hardly move and the people on the long sides had no legroom at all, so even an hour was very uncomfortable. The tour itself and the guide were very friendly and entertaining.

The cruise was fine. We went in a small loop and heard three facts about Amsterdam. In its face, it was exactly as advertised, we had a drink, went through canals and learned a few facts. In reality, we were left wanting more.

We had two lovely guides, one who captained the ship. They brought us through the canals and had tons of great facts for us. We had a blast!

Sabrina and the boat driver were awesome. The tour was interesting and fun. The trip itself around the canals was fantastic - I could stay on the boat all day! We upgraded to the drinks option, it was worth it. Really glad we went with this company, the boat was beautiful. Thanks for the memories guys 💛

Ticketing experience online was very good and easy. Boat was very nice, was just expecting a bit more commentary through the cruise.

The tour was the right lenght. Got the see many interesting bridges and houses. There was great difficulty hearing the guid though except when under bridges.

Seating was awkward. The drink waiter, although knowledgeable about the cruise, kept blocking the view of what we were supposed to see.

It was on time. The boat was clean and operated very smoothly. The tour guide was informative, personable and made the entire trip very worthwhile.

The guide told interesting stories. I expected to see the Keizersgracht, Herengracht and Prinsengracht but our tour took us to the eastern part of the city and visited none of those, which was a bit disappointing. Perhaps I should have chosen the other departing point. There was no shade on the spot where we stood waiting for boarding.

The young couple we sat next too were lovely,the guide was amusing he did a great job under the circumstances But they needed 2 people assisting on the boat The young man couldn't be the guide and do the 'unlimited' wine ...which took at least 10 minutes to be offered a glass of!!! So no way 'unlimited ' the cheese was definitely not 'unlimited' It also finished 5 minutes early after starting 15 minutes late it was a beautiful night and so us sitting at the back of the boat had to roll up the plastic blinds which made the view murky I think this 'canal ' cruise could do a lot better for the €€€ they charge

I loved the ride, cheese and wine. As well as the hosts. I would've loved to hear more history and stories about Amsterdam. The host only talked about little bit about the city

We loved the chill vibe and the interesting facts during the Tour. They also gave us a lot of wine and Cheese, we loved that a lot! Our guide Louelle and our skipper Ruben were really fun and nice! We can totally recommend it!

All good, except that the cheeses were very limited and the wine too. We were three people and they gave us the same table as for 2.

Great vibe, great guides, would recommend

First they said my ticket wasn't valid. After this embarrassment, they accepted it. When I arrived on the cruise, I wasn't given cheese but snacks. And the price on the sign there was €22 and I paid a lot more here on the app. I'm outraged!

I booked open-boat tour. When I arrived to the port they told that the boats are overbooked and we were put into big boat. We refused and asked to cancel our reservation. I have sent several e-mails to get the refund, no answer.

The boat was almost empty and because of that the cruise had more of a charm. My favorite part was the Herengracht. And that’s why i loved the cruise.

The advantage went straight to the people sitting by the windows .people who were aisle sitter like me were not able to see most of the buildings and bridges announced by the boat broadcast or by the Captain. Next time I will book an open boat canal tour. Really very disappointing experience.

The two guys leading the tour were excellent, I can't remember their names but we were on the 13:15 tour on the 20th June. The information communicated was interesting and helpful. This walking tour in Amsterdam was the absolute highlight of my vacation in Niederland. We walked through the less touristy parts of the city and was taken through inside alleys - quiet and authentic. Everything is well organized from the boat hopp on hopp off to the public transport.

Fun experience. Tour with a few people at sunset. An alternative tour of the canals from the previous tour taken several years ago with another company starting from Amsterdam Centraal. Young staff and fun in explanations, much better than the tours with a registered guide (previous experience). It must be said that perhaps it would have been better to have had a little more attention in the highlights to be photographed (example the canal with 7 bridges).

The tour and explanations from the guide/captain were top-notch. The food was top-notch, from the appetizer to the soup, main course and dessert, super good and fresh! Highly recommend!
