• A locker point is available at Museum Square to store luggage safely. Larger items like umbrellas or bags must be left here.
• The museum cannot accommodate travel luggage, folding bikes, musical instruments, skateboards, etc.
• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time and cannot be rescheduled. Late arrivals may be considered no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund.
